Inter IMC Private Limited is a Mechanical Contractor established in 1998, registered in Singapore with the capital of 100,000 S$ for the purpose of providing services of Steel Fabrication and Mechanical Installation.

Inter IMC is made up of components which have been drawn from STP&I Public Company Limited (STP&I), a prime Steel Fabricator, Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (STECON), a prime Mechanical Contractor and from associated Electrical/Instrument Contractors, thus bringing together all of the fabrication, erection and E&I installation experiences of these companies, to form this "MEI" focused organization.

In 1999, Foster Wheeler Eastern Private Limited awarded Inter IMC the first contract for the erection of 45,000 DB of piping for the Celanese Singapore Acetyls Project at Pulau Sakra.
